About
Britton Stanfill
Head of Product Design & Senior Director
At TubeBuddy, I built a product vision that Bill Gates saw and increased his investment in. That vision unified two organizations post-acquisition when no one agreed on what the combined company should become. That's the work I do — creating shared direction when it doesn't exist yet.
Design Philosophy
Research First
Every major decision starts with understanding, not assumptions. At TubeBuddy, that meant ~300 creator interviews over 4.5 years and building a research practice from scratch.
Show, Don't Tell
I drive change through demonstrated value. When the organization was skeptical of AI, I didn't argue — I shipped a mobile port in 4 weeks that contractors couldn't deliver in a year.
Design for Everyone
Accessibility is foundation, not afterthought. I taught WCAG compliance at DevMountain, and I build inclusive standards into every design system I create.
Career
TubeBuddy / BENlabs
- Directly involved in due diligence during acquisition by GameSquare — presented product vision that contributed to closing the deal
- Drove company-wide AI adoption when leadership was skeptical — CTO coined 'The Britton Effect' for the cultural shift I created
- Built and led team of 8 product designers and the company's first UX researcher, each embedded on different product teams
LogMeIn / Jive

- Asked by leadership to create mocks and prototypes showing how Jive's products could integrate with potential acquirers' offerings — work that helped Jive ultimately get acquired by LogMeIn
- Owned design for 6+ products simultaneously: GoToConnect, GoToCallCenter, GoToRoom, GoToAdmin, GoToConnect Mobile (Android & iOS), and an unreleased video conferencing product
DevMountain
- Created Utah's first UX bootcamp curriculum with accessibility as a core pillar, not an afterthought
