About

Britton Stanfill

Head of Product Design & Senior Director

At TubeBuddy, I built a product vision that Bill Gates saw and increased his investment in. That vision unified two organizations post-acquisition when no one agreed on what the combined company should become. That's the work I do — creating shared direction when it doesn't exist yet.

Design Philosophy

Research First

Every major decision starts with understanding, not assumptions. At TubeBuddy, that meant ~300 creator interviews over 4.5 years and building a research practice from scratch.

Show, Don't Tell

I drive change through demonstrated value. When the organization was skeptical of AI, I didn't argue — I shipped a mobile port in 4 weeks that contractors couldn't deliver in a year.

Design for Everyone

Accessibility is foundation, not afterthought. I taught WCAG compliance at DevMountain, and I build inclusive standards into every design system I create.
